Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and requirements are addressed.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management within the tech industry.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see projects through to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills, with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• A PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
