• Optimise ad performance through data-driven decisions — analyzing results, adjusting targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to meet CPL/ROAS goals.
• Develop platform-specific strategies to reach beauty-interested audiences and convert them into consultations or appointments.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives reflect brand aesthetics and resonate with target segments.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, producing clear insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates across all platforms to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, balancing performance and cost while maximizing ROI.
• Support influencer or KOL collaborations on TikTok and Xiaohongshu to amplify brand reach.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and/or Xiaohongshu (experience in beauty, aesthetics, or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset — confident interpreting campaign data, A/B test results, and performance dashboards.
• Familiar with pixel installation, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
• Ability to craft compelling ad copies and visuals that align with brand tone and medical-aesthetic positioning.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin Proficiency is a plus (for campaign copywriting, audience engagement, and Xiaohongshu content coordination).

Preferred Attributes

• Passionate about the beauty, skincare, and aesthetics industry.
• Able to balance creativity with performance-driven results.
• Resourceful, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and operations teams.

What You’ll Gain

• Exposure to multi-channel marketing initiatives, influencer partnerships, and aesthetic campaign analytics.
• Competitive salary with attractive incentives tied to campaign performance.
• Supportive and collaborative environment that values innovation and results.
