The Role

We are looking for driven and curious SME Financial Solutions Consultants who are eager to build a career in financial advisory and structured financing. This role is well-suited for aspiring fresh graduates who want to develop strong fundamentals in financial analysis, client advisory, and deal structuring, while being rewarded based on performance.
You will be trained to understand different financial models, assess business needs, and recommend tailored financing solutions—positioning you for long-term growth into senior advisory or leadership roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

Learn how to prospect and build a pipeline of SME clients through outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
Analyse clients’ financial profiles to assess funding needs and eligibility.
Understand and apply various financing structures to meet clients’ business objectives.
Present clear, practical financial solutions that support clients’ growth and cash flow needs.
Work closely with internal teams to structure and close financing solutions.
Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and value-based advisory.

Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with an interest in finance, business, or advisory roles.
Strong analytical mindset with interest in understanding financial models and business fundamentals.
Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with performance-based rewards and commission structures.
Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging business owners.
Background in finance, accounting, business, or economics is an advantage but not mandatory.
