Job Purpose

• Join the Operations team to assist in day-to-day operational matters including documentation, reconciliation, and process optimization.
• This traineeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain a broader understanding of fund operations from operations, trading, and compliance perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Collate and catalogue relevant information/documentation from various counterparties to design, develop, and implement a visualization dashboard.
• Assist with monthly subscription and redemption processes and other documentation work.

Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong process and systems orientation.
• Keen interest in the Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Financial Services Industry.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
