We are seeking for a passionate and creative Media Production Associate that will support our media team, through strong multi-tasking skills and ability to coordinate with different departments and crews.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, production, and editing of multimedia content including videos, audio, and graphics for various platforms (social media, websites, TV, etc.).
• Support the production team in shooting, lighting, and sound setup for video projects.
• Operate production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio devices to ensure high-quality media content.
• Edit raw footage and audio, adding music, sound effects, and special effects using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Assist in creating storyboards, scripts, and project timelines for various media projects.
• Ensure media content aligns with brand guidelines and meets technical standards for online and broadcast distribution.
• Perform post-production tasks such as color grading, mixing, and rendering final video/audio files.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software, and new technologies to continually improve production quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Education: Minimum Diploma or University Certification in Media Production, Film, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Proficiency in video and audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of operating video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through media.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Prior internship or project experience in media production (or related field) is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required for production schedules.
