Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy and analytical IT Executive to support the development of dashboards, internal software solutions and digital tools that enhance business efficiency and client relationship management.

During the first three months, you will gain hands-on exposure to developing and improving digital solutions that streamline workflows, organise client information, track business performance and support data-driven decision-making.

The programme subsequently transitions into a three-month sales and financial advisory development phase, providing opportunities to strengthen business communication, client engagement and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Software Development

• Assist in designing and developing interactive dashboards to monitor client engagement, sales performance and business activities.
• Support the development and enhancement of internal software applications and digital tools.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or similar platforms.
• Assist in developing solutions to improve client relationship management (CRM) and follow-up processes.
• Support the integration of data from spreadsheets, CRM platforms and other internal systems.

Process Automation & Digital Transformation

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and client management tasks.
• Explore AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing digital workflows for lead tracking, appointment scheduling and client follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges and propose technology-driven improvements.
• Support testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of internal applications and dashboards.
• Maintain documentation for developed systems, dashboards and digital processes.

Professional Development

• Participate in structured professional development and financial advisory training.
• Gain exposure to business operations and client relationship management processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand how technology supports customer experience and business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or SQL would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with dashboard and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is a plus.
• Interest in software development, workflow automation and digital transformation.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs or CRM systems would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn new technologies.
