Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Data & AI) to support data analysis, business reporting, process improvement and the exploration of AI-driven productivity solutions.

During the first three months, you will gain exposure to business analytics, data interpretation and digital tools that support operational efficiency and business decision-making.

This is followed by a structured three-month sales and financial advisory development phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organising and analysing business and operational data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and visual summaries to support business decisions.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvements.
• Explore the use of AI tools to streamline administrative workflows and reporting processes.
• Support data cleaning, validation and documentation activities.
• Assist in analysing business performance, customer engagement and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business challenges and recommend improvements.
• Participate in structured professional development and financial advisory training.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python or AI productivity tools would be advantageous.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, curious and willing to learn.
• Open to participating in the full six-month development programme.
