We are looking to hire for a UI/UX Designer with a strong technical understanding and able to design aesthetically pleasing interfaces that will help with customer engagement.

Job Description:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet accessibility standards.
• Continuously test and refine designs based on user feedback and usability studies.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
