We are looking for a warm, persuasive, and customer-focused 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 to guide prospective clients through the selection and booking of confinement nanny services.

To ensure proper onboarding and training, the successful candidate will be expected to work from the Johor Bahru office approximately 3-4 days per week during the first 1-2 months. Once the candidate is sufficiently trained and able to perform independently, the role will transition to a predominantly remote arrangement, with attendance at the Johor Bahru office required at least twice per month for meetings, team collaboration, or operational needs.

Candidates who reside in Johor Bahru, have accommodation in Johor Bahru, or are within convenient travelling distance of the office are therefore preferred.

• Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, and other communication channels.

• Follow up promptly with qualified leads provided by the company; no independent lead generation or cold prospecting is required.

• Understand each client’s confinement needs, expected delivery date, family preferences, budget, and household requirements.

• Recommend suitable confinement nanny services and packages based on the client’s circumstances.

• Explain the company’s service process, nanny-matching arrangements, fees, policies, and booking requirements clearly.

• Build trust and rapport with expectant mothers, spouses, and family decision-makers.

• Address client questions and concerns professionally while guiding them towards an appropriate service decision.

• Follow up consistently with interested clients and maintain communication throughout the sales process.

• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets while maintaining a positive client experience.

• Gather feedback on client needs, objections, and market trends to support improvements to services and sales approaches.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, maternity services, or client-facing roles is preferred.

• Strong conversational and relationship-building skills.

• Able to communicate confidently in Mandarin and English to support clients and discuss confinement practices.

• Consultative and empathetic approach, particularly when communicating with expectant mothers and their families.

• Persuasive without being overly aggressive or sales-driven.

• Patient and professional when handling questions, objections, and sensitive client concerns.

• Organised and disciplined in managing client records, appointments, and follow-up schedules.

• Able to travel occasionally to the Johor Bahru office.
