• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networks

• Manage interview processes and provide feedback to candidates and clients

Required Skills & Experience:

• Diploma/University degree in HR, Business, or related field

• Strong interest in HR and recruitment consulting

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
