What You’ll Do:

• Engage with verified, pre-qualified leads to acquire and close renovation projects.

• Develop creative space planning and compelling design proposals tailored to client needs.

• Prepare detailed quotations based on design scope, client requirements, and budgets.

• Oversee end-to-end project management—from proposal to site execution and final handover.

• Coordinate site works, supervise renovation progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Work collaboratively with sub-contractors and suppliers to uphold quality and timeline standards.

• Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly via email and calls.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and ensure seamless project delivery.

• Take full ownership of each project and see your designs come to life from concept to completion.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in interior design (residential or commercial)
• A strong portfolio that showcases your flair for space planning, styling, and creative problem-solving
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop Illustrator, etc.)
• An eye for detail, love for aesthetics, and ability to manage timelines and client expectations
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field
