The Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Media Associate for our group of companies bring creativity to life across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about bringing ideas to reality, visually driven, and excited to create engaging content that resonates with a growing community.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Plan and execute media shoots, including photo and video content for digital platforms
• Edit both short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form video content
• Create visually compelling graphics aligned with brand guidelines

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (RED)
• Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns
• Adapt content formats and messaging to suit different platforms and audiences

Brand & Campaign Support

• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and execute digital campaigns
• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s philosophy, tone, and visual identity
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights

Requirements

• Experience in media shooting, video editing, and graphic design
• Proficiency with video editing and design tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu content styles
• Creative eye with strong storytelling and visual sensibility
• Interest in health, wellness, lifestyle, or holistic living is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
