Job Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles
• Manage job postings across job boards and social media platforms
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
• Organised, responsive, and comfortable with targets
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus
