Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to support financial reporting, budgeting, data analysis and finance-related administrative activities.

During the first three months, you will gain foundational exposure to financial processes, reporting and business performance analysis.

The programme subsequently transitions into a three-month sales and financial advisory development phase, allowing participants to apply their financial knowledge in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries and business performance updates.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking and financial data organisation.
• Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets and supporting documentation.
• Assist in analysing financial trends and identifying discrepancies.
• Support invoice tracking, payment documentation and reconciliation activities where applicable.
• Prepare basic financial dashboards and reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on finance-related administrative matters.
• Participate in structured professional development and financial advisory training.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Business or a related discipline preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
