WorkJoy Job Portal is a platform that allows job seekers to find and apply for jobs and employers to post job vacancies and find candidates. We provide a platform for connection, but we are not an employment agency and do not participate in or monitor the hiring process.

The Services and all of their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WorkJoy Management PTE. LTD. and its licensors. Your use of the Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services solely for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings, the suitability of candidates, or any hiring decisions made by users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkJoy Management PTE. LTD., its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkJoy Management PTE. LTD. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Services or your breach of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
